The Estate Whiskey Alliance™ (EWA) organization, established by the University of Kentucky in 2023, is dedicated to promoting the virtues of locally sourced and estate-produced whiskey. Through member-led initiatives, the EWA seeks to explore, elevate, and advocate for the principles inherent in whiskey crafted through estate production methods.
